DevWithXuan is where I share what I’m learning, building, and thinking about — from the perspective of an engineer transitioning from Software Engineering to Agentic AI Engineering.

The blog focuses on two pillars:

  1. Deep fundamentals — Understanding the “why”, not just the “how”. Software architecture, design patterns, async programming, system design. Knowledge that helps you solve real problems, not just pass interviews.

  2. AI & The path forward for Software Engineers — AI is changing how we write code, design systems, and work. I share about AI tools, agentic workflows, and the journey from traditional developer to AI Engineer — from real experience, not theory.

About Me#

I’m Xuan, currently working at a Danish company.

Over 7 years in the industry, I’ve worked across multiple roles: Developer, DevOps, Team Lead, Engineering Manager. Each role gave me a different perspective on how software gets built — from writing code, to running systems, to managing people and processes.

In 2026, I’m shifting toward Agentic AI — building AI agents, integrating AI into real workflows, and exploring how AI reshapes the engineer’s role. This blog documents that journey.
